Either the clinic or you aren’t receiving an Email from mamabear@gmail.com
- Check your Spam folder. Move the email to your inbox and indicate it is not SPAM.
- On the MamaBear app, go to your account (little man in the upper right corner of the home page or via the search bar – type in “Sent”). Go to Sent reports. Check to ensure you sent the report. If you didn’t send the report, go to send and try again. If you haven’t purchased your 7-day access, purchase it then. If this doesn’t work, wait for 15-minutes and try again.
- Try the button inside the email.
- Copy and paste the weblink into your browser.
- Try another browser. (Chrome, Safari, … )
- Check with your IT Department to ensure external emails are approved.
- If the button, weblink or new browser don’t take you to the Access Code page, please contact MamaBear at mamabear@loonmd.com. We answer emails between 8-5 CST.

My link isn’t accessible to my provider via the EHR

- MamaBear is integrated with the Epic EHR at this time.
- The provider must open “Medical Messaging” in Epic.
- The provider must copy and paste the link into a browser.
- The IT Department must allow access to outside websites
- The access code is in the body of the medical message.
- If you have received the weblink and it works, forward the email to your clinic’s email or provider directly.
