Account Termination & Misuse of Services
1. Grounds for Termination
Includes false health information, unauthorized access, malicious activities, harassment, misuse of health data, and credential sharing.
2. Enforcement Actions
Warnings, suspension, permanent termination, and possible reporting to authorities.
3. No Refunds Upon Termination
No refund if access is revoked for violations.
4. Appeals & Reinstatement
Contact mamabear@LoonMD.com to appeal. Final decision remains with LoonMD.
